i just read Her World and found this interesting.

things that you should do to give u more energy:
1) overly-long hot bathe not only dehydrate you, it can also show that hot water can dry your skin. so.. OPT FOR COLD SHOWERS!
2) stop slouching!
3) stay optimistic
4) pop some peppermint or stash a bottle of peppermint oil in your cabinet.

and research shows that tears borne out of anger, stress or an overwhlming moment help to rid the body of some hormones which is associated with high blood pressure, peptic ulcers and heart problems. so it means that i will have less chances of getting them cos i cry all the time! HEEHEEHEE.
