i did (ANOTHER!) personality and values self assessment for one of my module.

scale range 1-5, my negative affectivity (3.7) is greater than my positive affectivity (3.6) just but o.1! AMAZING!

Positive Affectivity (PA): The tendency to experience positive emotional states. Associated with the Big Five dimension of ‘extroversion.’ People high in positive affect can usually be described as being outgoing, talkative, sociable, assertive, and such.
Negative Affectivity (NA): The tendency to experience negative emotional states. Associated with the Big Five dimension of ‘neuroticism.’ People high in positive affect can usually be described as being distressed, hostile, irritable, nervous, and such.

which means im equally SOCIABLE and HOSTILE.

my LEADERSHIP FRAME (scale range 1-48):
STRUCTURE(architect): 44.00
PEOPLE/HUMAN RESOURCE(catalyst): 35.00
which are way above class average
and the other two are POLITICAL and CULTURE, which i scored extremely low as expected. haha

Architects emphasize rationality, analysis, logic, facts and data. They lead by careful consideration of the evidence, and work to avoid the distortions of emotions and politics.
Catalysts emphasize the importance of people’s needs and feelings, and lead through relationship building, coaching, motivation, teamwork, listening, supporting, and empowering.

i finally got to meet up with jel in school. visited the FASS canteen, which means ive conquered all the canteens in nus! tried the UDON and it tasted like crap! looks like something which i can cook (and obviously i CANT cook). but it was a great time catching up with her, gossiping as usual.
sometimes i feel quite uncomfortable in school because the rest of the girls are all from the same jc. its quite hard to adapt to this new environment and it gets tiring to try to understand a NEW person. after talking to jel, i realised that I AM NOT ALONE. maybe we are abnormal, or maybe it is supposed to be this way.
